Accounting 201 Section 01.
- Click into the calendar and
right-click and Accept all
appointments for the appropriate
class, e.g., Accounting 201
Section 01. Accept All
Instances.
- Right-click and Delete all
instances of the courses that
you don't want in that
particular calendar
- Repeat steps 1-4 as
necessary for the number of
courses you have.

Students

your course calendar to your
liking.

right-click on the calendar in
the left pane of the GroupWise
window, and choose Export.
- Save the file to your H
drive or the desktop (whichever
you choose.)
- Send an e-mail to the
students and attach the file to
the e-mail. You may want to

calendar into other e-mail
programs as well.
